do you know what I was thinking about? yes about my next exam, of course, but especially about the fantasy of the tipic scottish kilt. The tartan fantasy lets me thing about one of the most famous fashion brand: Burberry!
But the kilt hasn't got anything to do with the luxury brand. Infact the founder of Burberry, Thomas Burberry, was an english young boy of 21 years old.
After more then 150 year the brand is still one of the most request in the fashion world.
Unforgettable in "Casablanca" the scene in which Humprey Bogart is wearing the Burberry trench and the one in which in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" our dear Audrey dressed with a Burberry coat!
The elegance and the refinement contained in this red, black and camel check made this brand love by everyone.
The royal family has given to the brand the Royal Warrant, a mark of recognition to demonstrate the excellence and the quality of the brand.
So if the Queen herself reccomends Burberry that means or she is a really big "Casablanca" fan, or Burberry has a really good standard!

sapete a cosa stavo pensando? beh certamente agli imminenti esami di inglese, ma sopratutto a come la fantasia a scacchi dei kilt scozzesi richiami la fantasia tartan di uno dei più famosi marchi fashion a livello internazionale: Burberry!
Il marchio però non ha nulla a che vedere con il mondo scozzese (nonostante abbia realizzato alcuni kilt in passato). Il fondatore, Thomas Burberry, era di origini inglesi e ha iniziato la sua propria attività tessile all'età di soli 21 anni..
Dopo più di 150 anni di successi, il marchio è tuttora uno dei più richiesti e desiderati in tutto il mondo.
Succeso dovuto anche all'ottima interpretazione e al fascino di Humprey Bogart avvolto nel trench Burberry in "Casablanca" e allo stile inconfondibile di Audrey in "Colazione da Tiffany" nel vestire un cappotto del marchio inglese.
