Versace for H&M: when the expensive brand meet the fast fashion industry!

Hello shopping lovers,

what's day is today? "The first day of summer" could be your answer and yes you are right  but today is an important day for the fashion world too.
Infact Donatella Versace has confirm her collaboration with the swedish brand H&M for the autumn/winter women collection 2011.
This fast fashion industry has already worked in the past with other important stylist as Karl Lagerfeld and Jimmy Choo, and for the happiness of all us it isn't stopping!
Donatella has released an interview in which she has underlined her gladness in this collaboration with H&M. The best result for the brand Versace will be the achieving of the wide audience of the Swedish brand and of course for H&M there will be the possibility to work with a big name on the fashion world!
But let's talk about the collection. It includes party dresses, high heels an jewellery with lashings of leather, bold prints and bright colours.

The collection is based on the most succesful clothing of Versace in the last 50 years but it is also inspired of the present trends and it looks at the future as well!
The collection contains 40 pieces and Donatella would like they will be a surprise but she was so tempted to show to the audience the collection that she marched at the end of her last catwalk wearing a piece of this collection: a black leather dress decorated with gold stars. Totally amazing!
Do you think this will be the end? Of course not! It's only the beginning! Infact she'is preparing a men collection as well and a range of homewears items. All will be on the store from the 17th November 2011 and you will have the opportunity to see a new pre-spring collection which Donatella will launch for H&M from January 2012!!!
I'm looking forwad to having one piece of the collection of the year!!!

Ciao a tutte voi amanti della moda,

chi di voi sa dirmi che giorno è oggi? Se la risposta che avete in mente è "il primo giorno d'estate" beh avete ragione ma non è esattamente quello che volevo sentirmi dire. Infatti oggi è un giorno molto importante anche per il mondo della moda. Proprio poche ore fa la grandissima stilista italiana Donatella Versace ha confermato, mostrando in anteprima alcuni pezzi della collezione, la sua collaborazione con il marchio svedese delle industrie fast fashion H&M.

Non è uuna novità per H&M lavorare con grandi stilisti, ricordiamo in passato la collaborazione con Jimmy Choo e Karl Lagerfeld. Oggi tocca al brand italiano gestito da Donatella!
Quest'ultima ha rilasciato un'intervista nella quale sottolinea l'eccitazione nel lavorare con H&M e poter raggiungere la vasta gamma di compratori degli svedesi. Per H&M naturalmente è la possibilità di lavorare con un nome così importante il vero successo.
Ma parliamo della collezione la quale comprende abiti da sera, scarpe vertiginose e accessori glamour!

Si ispira ai capi Versace più famosi e più di successo negli ultimi 50 anni ma prende spunto anke dai trend del momento e guarda al futuro.
La collezione è composta da 40 capi che però non verranno svelati in anteprima. Unica eccezione il vestito in pelle nero decorato da stelle dorate che Donatella ha indossato alla fine dell'ultima sfilata Versace: a dir poco fantastico!
Ma se pensate che sia finita qui vi sbagliate di grosso infatti in programma vi è anche una collezione maschile e la creazione di alcuni oggetti per la casa. In più è quasi certa la creazione di una collezione primaverile che verrà lanciata agli inizi del 2012.
