Rich-Richmond

Hi everybody!
Today was a busy day! I went to Richmond with some friends to visit the castle: amazing!
Tonight I called my mum on skype and I told her about my trip in this city and when I said the word "Richmond" she answered: "Oh yeah I have heard about it"...
My replay was immediate: "No mum...you have heard about John Richmond..that's different!"
Same name...two different things!
How I have said at the beginning of this post the castle was amazing but....a pair of JR stiletto are better!!!!
JR is one of the best stylists in the fashion world.
Each of his lines is influenced by the street style...so we obtain a chic street style!
You can see his love for the rock from the material he uses (black leather, studs...)
He dressed a lot of rocker and singer (Madonna and Mick Jagger are only two of them!)
He tried to make everyday clothes a bit "stronger" with particulars...
A lot of his shoes for example have skulls in the hell.
This is what distinguishes him to other stylists...
This is what makes me and a lot of people love his lines!
So if today I was in Richmond city maybe tomorrow I could go in a Richmond shop:-)

Oggi è stata una giornata fantastica anche se un po devastante! Sono stata a Richmond con alcuni amici a visitare il castello: a dir poco fantastico!
Tornata a casa ho chiamato mia mamma su Skype e quando le ho detto che ero stata a Richmond lei mi ha risposto: "Oh...si ho sentito parlare di Richmond!"
la mia risposta è stata immediata: "No mamma tu non hai sentito parlare del paese ma di John Richmond..lo stilista!"
Stesso nome...cose completamente diverse (entrambi eccezzionali ma io preferisco un paio di tacchi JR alla visita del castello)..
JR è uno degli stilisti più famosi e amati del mondo della moda.
Ogni sua linea è caratterizzata da qualche dettaglio rock che rende i suo vestiti chic-rock, come lui stesso ama definirli.
Puoi vedere la sua passione per il mondo rock da piccoli dettagli, dai materiali che utilizza (pelle nera, borchie....)
Non a caso JR ha vestito un sacco di cantanti e rocker famosi (Madonna e Mick Jagger sono solo alcuni esempi).
Richmond cerca di trasformare ogni capo in un capo "forte e grintoso" (aggressivo oserei) attraverso l'aggiunta di piccoli particolari. Un esempio sono alcune sue decoltè con un teschio incorporato nel tacco.
Questo è ciò che lo distingue da altri stilisti...
Questo è ciò che mi fa innamorare di lui e fa innamorare anche altre moltissime persone!
Quindi.....Se oggi ho passato la giornata in un castello di Richmond...magari domani potrei passare la giornata in un negozio di Richmond...no?
